*OT*Kirk, do you remember HP Circuit Technology Group's focus on Xerox as an example for their 6-sigma, Baldrige Award, etc quality program. It's very interesting that companies who over-focused on quality (MOT and XRX to name two), forgot to focus on customers needs and have stumbled badly since the early 90's (although MOT has recovered a little since Chris Galvin took over). XRX's gift of the imaging business to HP was probably not worth all the awards they got! siliconinvestor.com P.S. The above does not include the Agilent divident (.38 shares) HWP holders recently got!
