My buddy who has account with Vanguard Capital was long some RMBS from 200 presplit. His broker called him yesterday and told him to sell that it was going down, so he sells @240.

Today he calls up to short it and his broker is saying today that it is going to $105 post split ($420 pre)... He shorted @81.00 and told his broker that he was worthless...

The article seems to imply that all memory makers will have to sit at the table and pay RMBS royalties for all their RAM products! Is INTC throwing their weight around or is this yet another stunt to get this pig flying?
