Sounds like Edelstone's figured out a new Big Lie to tell every couple of weeks when the stock tanks. They've been making Sync DRAM since '95 or '96, ain't no way Rambus can claim any origination of that technology. Maybe there's something Rambus-like that MU et al have swiped, but that's almost always dealt with quietly by cross-licensing other patents. And that's only when the engineers can't figure a technological way around the alleged infringement.

Don't forget that the CEO's of MU and RMBS started throwing elbows at one of Dan DeNiles' parties a couple of years ago. NFW that MU pays a dime to RMBS any time soon, if ever, whether patents have been violated or not. (And my guess would be that they haven't.)
