I am talking about 13 years of actual hands-on experience with government procurement. I don't know how they design the space shuttle; but I know how the average agency procures its software.

Plus a senator would be even stupider than usual to invest in a company then lean on agencies to use it. Both leave BIG paper trails for Washington Post reporters to jump on.

Let's face it - hardly one wants to pay for ZIXI's products willingly or not.

The key is the revenues - if you understand it!

Levy, are you trying to suggest that this company has a significant chance of developing revenues commensurate with its stock price, or are you just engaging in primitive Cook worship? If the latter, do you wear a necklace of bananas when you post here?

I do expect the digital signature legislation to be good for Verisign, as many people will use their certificates with their favorite full-featured email program. I can't say that I expect more out of Zixit than another pump. This is fine by me, the last one was a real treat. There's probably some holders left over from then that would really appreciate another runup.

All this IMO, of course.
