AZNT has only one thing in common with RMIL (well, save Doumanis, etc., etc.), Zapara & the deadweight that comes with him, Pauly, Mork, Kugler & you. Unlike RMIL, which conspired with you guys, AZNT took Zapara, Mann & co. to court. Sure, the federal case drags on. Fehn was retained because he is an expert in these kinds of litigations. Hopefully he can expedite, and counter the legal tactics of the remaining defendants dragging their heels on settling as per the court. If you are in denial about the defamation case, do as Shell suggests, contact Qualey, he is AZNT's legal counsel, and a NV judge,* he can answer all your questions pertaining to the defamation case if you too have begun to believe your own hype about me and AZNT. You are in denial, and I understand , it is par for the course for those of you who never thought AZNT would do as their 8k disclosed, and file the defamation case. If you are in denial about the GRAS, I refer you to the FDA, in fact, Qualey can refer you to the FDA atty who prepared AZNT's notification. Again, you are believing your own hype. AZNT 's NT is GRAS. I will piggy-back the case when the other defendants are named. I can also tell you that my lawyer feels the case against you, Shell, Pauly, etc., for defamation, cyber stalking, etc., is very, very strong. I look forward to seeing you in court Martin. Guys like you , with cpu muscles , are a real treat to watch grovel, sweat & beg for mercy. Patience is required & I have plenty. I can't wait. Pugs
