Since AMD's Copper AthWiper from Dregsden shows no clock speed advantage over their Aluminum AthWiper from Austin, Intel's assessment of Copper NOT BEING Necessary for the 0.18 micron generation was 100% CORRECT !! Now - maybe you can tell us how many Oxygen Ion Implanters - and at what cost - will be required for 5000 Wafer Starts per week for SOI wafers. Paul
