Good Comments but I will add that straddles make sense in this type of market also.

The tightening Bollinger Bands indicate a large fast break coming and the right strikes would enable enough gain on the winning side to offset the loss on the other side of the trade. Especially since the volatility factor should keep decreasing up until the moment of the breakout.

The hard part is finding low priced options in the right area. The DOW and BKX have already broke, the QQQ is too high priced so there needs to be something else found.
