Haven't all the DRAM manufacturers that signed licensing agreements had the opportunity to participate in the issuing of warrants?

The rambus execs answered this very explicitly in the conference call

1) Toshiba owns no rambus shares
2) Toshiba was granted no new warrants associated with this deal
3) Toshiba may get warrants if they achieve certain production targets for RDRAM, but are in a race for these, the first 3 manufacturers who meet the milestones get them.

PS. just got back in at 89 after selling at 97
