((("Probably not, SnapTrack is not a CDMA technology.")))

Dennis -

But there are (naturally) forms of intellectual property that are other than CDMA related.

I feel confident that Snaptrack is proprietary technology based on intellectual property owned by Q. Why would there not be royalty?

But has Q placed it in its wireless technology all-you-can-eat-for-one-price IP basket?

If I'm missing an obvious, fundamental concept, I regret wasting the board's time....

regards,
blg

"SnapTrack is not a CDMA technology."

But it is a QUALCOMM technology, now that QUALCOMM has bought the whole company.

Dennis , I think we can charge whatever the market will bear; in both CDMA or GSM markets. Probably more than we expect !
