I doubt it. They don't do that for the Eudora(R) email product or OmniTRACS(R). Why would someone sign up for the whole 3G-cdma IPR package if all the want is the GPS location software? If they tied SnapTrack to a CDMA license, the GSM operators would never buy it.

Why such lukewarm response to Snaptracks news of access to GSM positioning market with successful trials and 20-30 $ billion service market in 2005 Europe.......?(regardless of CDMA)
