sommovigo - you seem rational, speak well, seem like a good person. Therefore, please maintain this investment as past of an overall portfolio - not all chickens in one basket, especially this chicken.

I think that the past behavior of CYBR management with regard to premature Press Releases is a strong indicator of a less than honest orientation of management - more concerned with stock price than the business at hand. I also am ever skeptical of a company which looks to finance a new venture with public money rather than private venture capital funding. Always looks to me that they don't want to be looked at as closely as a VC outfit would do (my former profession).

Off-hand, I cannot think of a single successful company that funded itself with public money at these very early stages as CYBR is doing.

That is my opinion, and sort of judgment has worked well for me in the past. I expect the same here again.

Good luck to you, peter

"Presented as a matter of fact" .... in other words, if a company asserts something in the process of filing a lawsuit, it is assumed be true?

Please tell me you mean something other than that.
