I don't have enough experience to determine the veracity of your argument. I can only sit back and watch... and learn.

Since CYBR/MIO was already a public company, it would seem to me that the VC vs. public capital point is irrelevant, aside from the private placements done after the acquisition of Cybercare technologies. If it isn't, then explain the "why's" for me so I understand more. Thanks,
