<<Thanks for stepping up to your own challenge.>> It was not a challenge, Scum, it was an invitation to you to show your arrogance. Lets take a look at some of your 60+ RMBS related posts in the past 24 hrs.. (my, we are busy, aren't we?)Message 13905308 "So Toshiba holds Rambus warrants? How much did they appreciate on Friday? How much would they be worth today without the announcement?...And the size of these grants was unaffected by the Friday deal?" What a bunch of crap, Scum. You know they have potential rights to warrants, not warrants. As you know, Scum, these rights are linked to performance, and the program is for 300,000 shares total (ALL comers), and applies only to the first 3 companies to hit production milestone. Moreover, the cc was clear: The Toshiba SDRAM / DDR deal does not alter the warrants program and is not impacted by the warrant program one iota.Message 13905088 "Apparently Toshiba has decided that RMBS stock is worth more than DRAM royalties. Still waiting for a clear statement that Toshiba did not benefit from the RMBS rise on Friday." LOL! You're worse than Carl! And yes, child, the moon is made of cheese.Message 13904976 "Unlike an airbag, the programmable register patent offers no added value to a system. Like millions of other little details, it is a necessary and invisible part of the design to the end user." A classic Scum spin. 'Necessary' but 'no value'. 'Not needed in 1990' but 'obvious.' Yeah, your design engineering skills are really showing now.Message 13902423 "Elmer, Are being intentionally obtuse?" Your humanity here is matched only by your grasp of the English language.Message 13905210 ""It" thinks that you are entitled to your opinion, but do not understand enough about design to grasp what "it" is saying." Well, my gender challenged friend, you can throw your 'not qualified to comment' crap at me all you want, it only serves to stimulate my posting. If you want it to stop, try speaking the truth. The bottom line here is GAME OVER for the "DDR = RMBS killer" fantasy. Rambus transferred technology to Hitachi and other memory manufacturers for the sole purpose of enabling these companies to manufacture and sell memories and logic products that are compatible with its Rambus DRAM specification. Some of these Companies then applied the know-how to create PC100, 133 and DDR. RMBS is owed big time. Toshiba agrees, Hitachi will settle, and the industry will follow. And guys like you are screaming: "Obvious Art!" LOL. IMO, BP
