I Don't Think The Insiders Know Any More Than The Next Guy.

When it comes to general market conditions.

If it were related to that particular company,then sure.

But if you follow insider trading reports,you may find that many insiders actually sell just before the market turns.

Many company execs. are dummies when it comes to the market.

Go Figure.

1987 was a 3 sigma event. I am not sure why we are even considering it. In normal times, like throughout the 90's, insiders have been vesting options and selling. Meanwhile the market has continued to go up.
