Here are a few thoughts: On the surface, 8003's Q4 results look great. However... They don't look as good as Q3. What's this with the director's gifting themselves 10% of any future profits that 8003 makes (or have I misread this)? Is this like the supposed gifting of the shares during the IPO? At what point does this sort of thing cross the line and become oppression of minority shareholders? And what about that tsunami of insider selling the last time TOM's share price had just managed to get its head above water? On the other hand, I'm very optimistic about the long-term prospects. Mike
