Paul Allen selling millions of shares of MSFT is never discussed on this thread.
---

And why should it be? Paul sells shares almost every quarter without fail, and has for years. How do you think he paid for the Portland Trailblazers, Seattle Seahawks, the Rose Garden and Rose Quarter in Portland, the new stadium in Seattle, the Music Experience, etc.?

I would love it if Paul Allen sold all of his MSFT shares and be done with it. He is already down to 4% ownership in MSFT and Balmer now has higher ownership than him.

Jim--Great point. It looks like about 44 million shares sold since February and that isn't counting the current proposed sales. This doesn't show great confidence in MSFT's prospects.
