If you insist on insulting them, I suspect they will continue to insist on annoying you. Zealots on either side annoy me.

Personally, I feel kind of deprived in that I have never been set upon by religious zealots. Once in a while a couple of nice old ladies arrive at the door with "reading materials" -- I always invite 'em in for a cup of coffee on the condition they leave the magazines and script outside.
Most of them are very nice.

In real life I am blessed/cursed with the ability to ward off nearly all potential annoyers with a glance.

The way I look at is, if God wants to beat you up, that's his business. I don't have a direct line to heaven allowing me to call in the strikes.
