Gene,

"The 815E, unlike what the name would suggest to a casual observer, is a stable chip set and really for all intents and purposes, it is replacing the 820,"

I'm feeling a little slow this morning. What does this mean in terms of Intel's plans for DRAM utilization in the PIII roadmap?

Of course, that report originates from CMP media and thus is completely unreliable <ggg>. IMHO, of course.

Stability, schmability. What I want is SPEED. <g>

Wonder what this is going to do to jdaasoc's current calculation of 1.7% market penetration. BTW, this investor thinks 1.7% for the first full quarter of shipping RMBS enabled systems is not too shabby.

OT and BTW, I'm out of my trading position, holding my core position, and looking for a re-entry at ~ $80-$85. Hope the bus doesn't leave without me.
