It was never my intent to beat up on IT people or anybody else for that matter. What I was talking about is more the culture existing at many large companies that makes something new more of a threat than a promise. Normally the only time companies are willing to make major changes are if all their competitors are doing it or if they have something so broke that it is an immediate threat to company survival. Clayton Christensen and Geoffrey Moore and others go into this in detail in their books. Most companies don't approach change the way Cisco does. Enough of this...It appears to be off thread but it is actually critical for Citrix to find some way to overcome this barrier.
