Hey did you see the possible royal nailing UTOU did to shareholders ... Man a dividend of 1:20 ... so think about it ... If you had 1000 shares you would have 20,000 shares and the x-date it close at $140.00. Now that means you got an aggregate value of (19,000 x $140.00 = 2,660,000.00) and the tax you owe would be at 48% (because of the size of the value) would be $1,276,800.00 and the stock dropped to $6.63 as quickly as it went up. I believe this is only the surface and not sure what the real truth is but man o man shareholders can;t even sell to pay the tax burden on the dividend if this is true. :-) Gary
