I do not think that this is a very good forum for this kind of discussion. Not very many people here have a clue as to what is involved in patents. Too many would have to be educated. A separate thread should be set up for that if that is what you want to do. Scumbria showed a surprising ignorance in this area. A lot of people suffered as a result of BILOW's posts. Their wallets are a lot thinner if they believed his posts. I would like this thread to be more oriented to more conventional business issues. Things like eps, shipments, and other revenue and profit issues. Instead it is full of rampant speculation on what Intel is doing which is properly the subject for the intc thread. It is full of misleading speculation and false interpretations of patent issues, and it is full of misleading technical information and speculations. JMO
