Tell me about it.

I had so much stuff jumping that whenever I had a minor question my son would come over and shake his head, wondering aloud if the machine was running on a wound up rubber band.

I also was running QCharts, TS, Leo, Netscape, QPnF, and a database program. Sometimes, in a pinch, I might run additional programs; perhaps a Neural Net, another charting program, QLink, and on and on.

Now it seems like I can throw the sink at this thing and it would process it in the blink of an eye.

The big problem was Tradestation, because it was using my HD as Virtual Memory, doing R/W's constantly. At least that's what I think, at any rate. I stopped keeping up with computer innovations not long after Windows first came out.
