John, looking at it more, Peter Wolff at ING Barings already had a strong buy on AMD so it can not be a "initiating strong buy". Also his price target was already "$170-$206". cnetinvestor.com This was probably a reitiration of the strong buy. The earnings estimate are very bullish however. Mani
