feel better? ;-)

I am pretty sure (not 100%) that win 98 will run dual procs. It just does not do so efficiently, therefore, it defeats the purpose of the dual procs. But 98 will let you run your programs....

I understand it is quite easy partitioning a hard drive to allow for dual OSs on one machine. Again, go to the pro's at computer learning thread. I gave em a heads up so they are expecting you.

As far as the Irish temper goes I can totally understand. I give em 3 strikes then I do my damndest to clear their business of customers. My last name is Jameson :-)

Most computer shops cannot afford professionals. I stopped going to them about 6 months back and now try to fix things myself. For the time spent going to a shop and returning a few days later to have fixed what they screwed up... you can do it yourself. There is a shop near me that set up a do-it-yourself room. It has all the tools you need to tinker with your machine AND a full time tech person there to hold hand if necessary. VERY COOL, IMO.
