Spirit, Congrats on your LOR....#2 NYSE gainer today. A holding of mine was #1 NYSE gainer today....EEX. EEX is a oil/ng play apparently moving up huge today on possible excellent news forthcoming (a leak of?) of Llano 3 and more oil in the ground. EEX could move up pretty nicely from here if true and the majority of oil birds seem to think Llano 3 is going to be huge since the layers so far have indicated good oil deposits. Jane

. . . . . Before We Get Started . . . . . I need to say a few things. . . . First off, this is not a daytrading board. . . so there is no need to post every trade. . . .I make between 20 and 50 trades each day, yet I only post a few that I think are significant. . . We do not need a blow by blow of each and every move or trade. . . .only the KEY indicators. . .like when MSFT bottomed out around $60. That was significant to the entire market. Or when QCOM topped out above $400. Most traders here are position traders. . . so we are mostly interested in key movements. The next largest group here represents swing traders. . . interested in changes in trends. There are plenty of other threads for daytraders interested in each and every movement of a single stock. . . which is quite boring to the masses here. Keep in mind when posting that it is estimated that between 3,000 and 10,000 people are trying to read each post on the HOME thread. So be sure your post appeals to everyone. If I think of something I should have said after posting, I will often EDIT my post. . . sometimes I edit 4 or 5 times in the 15 minute window alloted. you read my posts just once, you probably miss about half of what I end up saying. . . go back and read some and you'll see what I mean. Perhaps if each poster would consolidate what is said into fewer posts, it will make this an easier board to read. Our regular leaders are having trouble fitting a post in and that is not the way the HOME thread was made. . . this is not a free for all type of thread. . . as Tokyo Joe's or Kimberly's were. . . .but rather more reserved for the thread leaders and a sharing of ideas. Please honor this request to slow things down a bit. If in doubt. . . remember this. . . High quality posts vs. high quantity posts Now when we are in our new HOME, there will be a suitable place for everyone. . . so a logjam of trading styles cannot possibly occur. While I cannot keep up to all the posts here on SI. . . and honestly do not read every one of them. . . not enough time during trading hours. . . . I do read every post on Raging Bull.
