Imaging, Inc. (CTI) (OTC symbol: COII) announced today the sale of 10
CTI breast cancer imaging systems to a Latin American consortium based
in Mexico City for $5 million.
This consortium, Computerized Thermal Imaging International, and

technology

APR 13, 2000, M2 Communications - Informix Software, the technology leader in
the software infrastructure for the i.Economy, has announced that it has made a
substantial equity investment in Computerized Thermal Imaging (CTI), a leader in
the development and deployment of thermal imaging technologies.

CTI is currently using the Informix Internet Foundation.2000 database as a key
component in developing and deploying its revolutionary breast cancer imaging
system across the Internet and in hospitals world-wide.

"Thermal imaging information is one example of the complex data types that
Foundation.2000 is best suited to handle," said Steve Weick, senior
vice-president and group executive, i.Foundation business group, Informix. "CTI
is taking the lead in thermal imaging technology for the healthcare industry,
making a very attractive equity partner for Informix. I am confident that our
investment in CTI will be instrumental in advancing medical technology used in
the fight against breast cancer."

Informix and CTI previously announced a multi-year strategic alliance. Under the
terms of the agreement, Informix`s Foundation.2000 database will provide support
for CTI`s breast cancer and general usage imaging systems. CTI`s technology
enables doctors to identify and treat breast cancer using thermographic images
stored in Foundation.2000 and shared via the Internet.

"As the leader in software infrastructure, Informix recognises the importance of
CTI`s advanced thermal imaging technology," said David Packer, president,
Computerized Thermal Imaging. "Informix`s substantial equity investment along
with the company`s technology and expertise are key to advancing CTI`s
revolutionary breast cancer imaging system." (288 words)

CTI Moves Closer to FDA Approval with Submission of Third Module

Business Editors

LAYTON, Utah--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 2, 2000--Computerized Thermal
Imaging, Inc. (OTC BB: COII) announced today that it has submitted the
third of five modules to the FDA in its application for Pre Market
Approval (PMA) of its breast cancer detection system.
"This submission is another major step toward FDA approval,'' said
David A. Packer, CTI's president. Under the Modular approach, each of
five Modules is individually reviewed and approved by the FDA. Module
one was approved by the FDA in December 1999. Module two was submitted
in February and is under review. This third module addresses
manufacture of the Breast Cancer System 2100, including all pertinent
information regarding the manufacturing and quality control processes.
As in the past, we will be working closely with the FDA as they review
this data. Preparation of Module four is underway; Module five will
follow and will contain the results of the ongoing clinical trial.
Completing this process will lead to a successful launch and rapid
acceptance of the CTI System.
CTI is seeking FDA approval for the use of the Computerized
Thermal Imaging System as an adjunctive diagnostic test to the
mammogram and clinical examination for the detection of breast cancer.
The system uses a sophisticated heat sensitive camera to record
thermal images of breast tissue, which are processed by proprietary
computer algorithms. The test is simple, painless and involves no
radiation, breast compression, electrodes or electrical current.
Computerized Thermal Imaging, Inc. is in business to improve the
quality of life through the development and deployment of thermal
imaging and associated technologies. More information about CTI and
the modular submissions to the FDA can be found on the Internet at
