I can understand your disappointment in the quality of service you find out their for your computer needs. Speaking as a person in the computer business for over 15 years, I have seen for myself what you have said is true. In some cases, I was called in to clean up the mess another created for the company and its customers. As far as the purchase of new PCs go, I find that I need to build the computer myself instead of having it built by someone else. Even then my experiences have been problematic with the vendors I purchase from. But I usually (but not always) end up finding a vendor that will make good on their mistakes. This I have come to find out is the most I can expect from a business. But not after causing me unnecessary headaches, which seems to be a common event. I hope your problems have been solved so you can get on to what is important, which is to make money in the market.

Looks like the SPOO has been rallying ahead of the report that is coming out at 8:30 AM on Initial Claims, which has turned out to be 2% greater than consensus.
