No...I was simply asking a question....

Though it does seem disingenuine
to say there is a lock-up but there are
also shares excluded.

Did anyone check, how many shares JP beneficially owns
to date, and was was previously reported.

Yes an explanation is warranted, and I was just
raising the difficult questions that aren't
done with comfy pillows.

If I remember correctly those shares were exchanged between members and were not sold. I beleive that was explained several months back. Nice of Z to come in and continue to blow smoke. Still the same agenda--- agree and then lay it on thick. Strong DD there, Z. Geno

From_Verbier, I respectfully disagree.

ztect's probing is a rational attempt to determine value. We may not like having the PNL management team (GZ, mostly) scrutinized so harshly, but the process of logical inquiry itself is not just appropriate, but essential to investing success. Why else are we here? - Just to exchange high fives when the stock goes up, or commiserate when it goes down?

Look at all the inets that are going under, sticking hopeful investors with millions in losses. All those people invested with the same desire for profit that we have. They trusted management, too. They expected to be making a ton of money because they believed what they were being told, too.

Now, about the PR. Looks like a good/bad/good news thing to me. On the one hand it is good to see that the self-imposed restriction on insider trading by JPC has been extended.

The bad news is that the restriction is only for a few months this time, not an entire year as in the past. Does this show a change in commitment by the founder? Is he starting to have second thoughts? Has he given himself a graceful way to reduce his huge financial stake in the company? Don't know. But it seems strange to me.

The second "good news" about an impending financial deal is great to hear! Obviously the possible "bad news" just mentioned didn't negatively impact the terms of the deal.

Bottom line seems positive, although the market doesn't seem to care much one way or the other. 10,000 shares traded in the first half hour seems like a big yawn to me.

Good luck to all longs.
