Camelot and the Great Society
These social experiments are in the past and receeding every year. I don't blame them for trying, but I do support the reforms passed in the current administration. Somethings like Head Start worked well, and others like AMDC did not.

This is another case where the problems of inequity were met with intransigence on the part of conservatives so the solutions become defined by only one faction instead of by reasoned debate. (Another great example for those who think that intransigence on gun control will perpetuate the status quo forever).
