I think IDC in Framingham, Mass. is the best for surveys on PCs and servers. Don't know about cell phones.

One idea I have for a chart would be a comparison of AMAT's stock price to end-user demand. A past conversation I had with the CFO of a major semiconductor equipment manufacturer suggests that this would show a high degree of correlation.

Must be a delta time in there, though.

Richard, I do have ww semiconductor shipments from SIA.
Charting that against stock price would be easy. Give me
a couple of days - I'll be finished with what I'm doing
then.
