When Deutsche Telekom recently said it wanted to invest about $2.04 billion over the next five years to continue to build its global communications network,

That would be about 28 bucks a share if that entire amount were invested to buy UIS.

And if they do stock?? P/E for DT is 140!!!! So your trading a good company for a German Dot Comm.

The DT takeover of UIS is now more than a rumor. At least one step beyond that. A confirmed rumor. by Forbes no less. Ought to be enough for a 50% gain. UIS is very oversold.
