Italy and US? Sounds like ultimately more than ten locations, particularly if franchised and done well.

Bottomfish, exactly. The restaurants and bakeries can provide some quick dollars depending upon the structure of the "franchises", the quality and the pr. If they are planning ten in Italy and looking at the US ( I would guess major cities) that could represent some nice cash flow, again based upon the criteria listed above.
