The problem I see with the debate over education, is that I never see proposals to reform the public schools. The voucher programs are all designed to fragment the schools systems. The secular private schools around my parts don't seem to call for vouchers, I think they use high tuition as a selection criteria. It's only the religous schools that want a subsidy.
