Buying companies with stock? I am sorry, what companies are those? I will have to check by notes. The stock split at $20 per share. So the owners prior to the split raised a lot of capital prior to the split. Do not forget you have 700 million shares outstanding and 200 million shares floating, which in effect will depress the price. At $1.00 per share you have a market cap at $700 million How much revenue does a company have to make to justify such a market cap? A reverse split is definitely in order.
