What total crap!!! Just where do you get this stuff. Certainly not from the text from the announcement. Do you think for a fleeting moment that the people here do not see right through you and you? I so much hope that your short selling price was $62.

Indeed, the 1900 Mhz spectrum will be reserved for 3G services. WCDMA or CDMA - who really cares. Maybe QCOM and NOK can put together a WCDMA chip design.
