I believe TREY has only had the E for a few days. If they weren't compliant, they would have 30 days before delisting. With the E coming off after only a few days, I would take that to mean they are in compliance. Just a guess though.

TREY is losing the E and NOT going pink for now.

When they are deleted and gone pink it is always either listed under symbol deletions OR symbol changes with a ^ at the end of the company name.

I THINK, but am not sure, that it means that they get a repreive for now but are NOT compliant

But who knows. So much weird stuff happens on OTC.......
