There are a number of additional questions that I'm asking around the industry and getting some interesting answers. - How long will it take your design team to develop a "work-around?" - What are the RMBS agreed-to royalties likely to be as a percentage of sales? - Has Intel been "leaning" on some of the players to play ball? - Is a burying of Rdram, a part of the deal? (lots of evidence that this is part of the equation). - Who got how many warrants? And how long is the "hold period"? And on and on. (g) This is getting more interesting as we get deeper into it.
