I just listened to a Saturday replay of WSW which brought me scurrying here to find out a little about PWER. I'm not sure I heard this right, but I believe when the WSW "special guest" began talking up PWER during Rukeysers' questioning he said it was an idea that came to him in the last 48 hours, but later finished by saying during the panel Q & A, that it was one of his biggest, if not biggest holdings. Nonetheless, extremely positive on stock.
