Mark, how's it going really! Are you maybe just annoyed that Zeev is usually right, and a bit envious of his "undeserved" popularity and following? <g>

I've made some decent $ trading VLNC over the past 2-3 years (always on the long side), but am currently on the sidelines. I'm disturbed by some of the comments attributed by posters to Lev that he isn't much concerned about shareholders or the stock price. Now I'm all for his focusing on the business, but I think his balance needs adjusting. Shareholders have put $ at risk to capitalize VLNC, and they deserve better treatment (more information) IMO.

But back to your irritation with Zeev. He doesn't care about the management of VLNC, or even the business, so much as he is trying to make some $ trading this or one of many other stocks on his radar. So I don't think we should expect him to care as much as you or I might about fundamental information, such as giving credence to the directors and management of VLNC of why they did the CC deal.

I lived (barely) through the floorless debacle at ANCR, so I can appreciate Zeev's crusade to educate lurkers about the extra risks involved with other companies (e.g. VLNC) with such financing in place.

What gets my dander up is how he seems always to get the best price of the day on his buys and sells (or improbably near to them at least). I sometimes wonder if he is really that good! <g>

Bottom line, I'm willing to admit to being just a little envious of Zeev's trading prowess - maybe you are as well?

Regards, and hope VLNC is successful and makes you wealthy in the process (and me too if I'm smart enough to know when to reenter a position)!
