Rick, I looked into your MEDM example and there's the history of the MEDM 1-2 punch:

MEDM is a small microcap that is easily manipulated by message board gurus. Something about a 1-2 punch that was supposed to rocket this otherwise POS stock. However, when the stock got nowhere near $4, the pumpsters stopped. The next day, as far I can tell from the posts, some claimed a 18% profit and ran. The stock has been in the $2 range since.

And as usual, you won't make a clear investment case for ZIXI because then you could be held accountable for it. ZIXI's big success is all between the lines and hidden in obscure journals and cooking in secret deals with BIG CORPORATIONS everywhere.

The freshman class should take a careful look and ask themselves why hidden secrets and obscure strategies are worth $800 million, or the $1.6 billion ZIXI would be worth at $100 per share.

Strip out the hype and you get a shadow play. Encrypted Slurpees for everyone, that is, everyone who already has Internet access at home, at the office, at school, in their cars and on their wireless Internet devices.

Funny how ZIXI doesn't seem to be making any progress on those fronts. You know - where 99.5% of all Internet users hang out? Or do you have secret information on why we will all give up fingertip access to do all our surfing from convenience stores?

And do you really think that no other company in the universe is planning for Internet kiosks all over the place? Competition there will be stiffer than the encryption project. BIG CORPORATIONS too - LOL.

The key is the REVENUES - if you understand it!

And spelling out a clear investment thesis instead of your moronic, repetitive hype. Specific answers to specific questions, Ricky, or get used to being laughed at as the resident ZIXI shill.

You wanted to see ZixMail, and they released it.

rickie kid, it's very simple if you can ever understand it, I want to see some revenue, and Cook will never have it from zixmail. You don't pay for garbage do you? Take that back, most people don't, but maybe you do.

Cook projected zixmail revenue of $600 million in the first year. Ha, I can't wait to see the next quarterly report. I predict zixmail revenue = $0. Let's see who's right.

Cook promised to give quarterly update on the number of zixmail users, I predict he won't say a word about that.

rickie boy, I've a homework assignment for you. Last year, ZIXI announced deals with NDB, and matchmaker.com for zixmail. Tell me, why isn't zixmail used at NDB and matchmaker? Do they fall into the same category with the Perot deal? You know what happened there right? Cook retracted the announcement the day after.

Report back to us the status of the NDB and matchmaker.com deals, will you?

May I suggest you have some of your Freshman class of shorts do your homework for you

Lets see if I can do this

1. for the 3 months ended 3/2000 revenue totaled 96 thousand.
2. net losses totaled 11 million for 3/2000.
3. Total cash 36.3 million.
4. 36.3 million divided by 11 million equals 3.3 quarters or 10 months starting from April 2000.
5. ZIXI has a history of pumping and dumping.
6. ZIXI failed to mention the dollar amount for the 7-11 contract.
7. rumor has it the vice chairman is bankrupt. (see sell of his pro teams.)
8. ZIXI'S product is nothing new.

Well Rick looks like I am glad I shorted this one .

bp Did I pass your test?
