Also, I forgot a couple other things too,

1. The nice increase in operating costs and general expenses for the year 2000.
2. The great lawsuit ZIXI has against VISA.
3. Why Ricky Cook is selling shares.
4. Also, How come Ricky Smith has only posted at one thread (ZIXI)since March 13.

BP, you forgot the Ricky mantra that they spent $40 mil to develop ZixMail and ZixCharge and the data center, so now they just have to sit back and wait for the revenues to roll in.

"Sit back and wait"? Then however are they going to implement all those spiffy new features they're promising for Zixmail?

Feature slippage checklist:

Zixmail.com secure web mail (currently scheduled for Q3-4/2000)
Zixmail Lite (floppy version -- state of the art!) (Q3/2000)
ZixLogin (who knows?) (Q3-4/2000)
ZixZip ("with encryption"!) (Q3/2000)
ZixMail private delivery (aka forwarding service) (no date set)
MS Outlook integrated version (Q2/2000 -- five days left!)
Mac version (Q3/2000)
Linux version (Q4/2000)
Unix/Solaris version (Q4/2000)
Lotus Notes integrated version (Q3-4/2000)
Online Delivery Tracking ("your email was last seen in Dayton"?) (Q3-2000)

One might ask how they plan on tackling this ambitious schedule on an R&D budget when has been steadily and significantly declining, but that might be classified as thinking, and we know what that gets you here.

As an aside, Zixit seems to be doing a bit of consolidation in terms of location. Zixit HQ is moving into the same building with the Zixmail "subsidiary", while the Anacom subsidiary moves into the previous Zixit HQ at the Galleria Mall. Not mentioned is what becomes of Anacom's old location, in far north Dallas. I may have to check up on that.
