Good Morning Betty,

My understanding is both PFN and MMIN acquired their eastern River Valley properties from Mr. Lorne Luhta.

Regarding the PFN/Amplats deal vs. MMIN/Implats, my recollection is MMIN gets a bit more money but loses control and will not be the operator. This would appear in keeping with their major focus which appears to be East Bull. It may also explain why movement appears so slow on their River Valley properties.

Being the operator is an important factor. It keeps PFN on the cutting edge of activity and in control of progress and news. It may be the reason PFN related companies (ITF and CVV) have continued acquiring additional ground.

MMIN certainly appear to have good ground. Only thing that bothers me is their OTC listing. At PDAC they indicated a CDNX listing was only 30 days away but it apparently has been delayed.

Regarding MMIN's real expert, I'm not sure who that would be. Mr. Luhta would likely qualify as one but I'm not sure of his preference if any. He has been closely associated with PFN work but don't know if he will have any association with Implats.

It's nice to hear you are not short this play, Betty. It appears we both bought in about the same time. Here's hoping!

Regards,
Bob
