Random thoughts.

Notah Begay seems like a really nice guy. Pretty elite group with three wins in a year, even if a lot of the top players were not at those that he won.

I still really don't understand his swing. It perplexs me to no end. I sort of get it with the short ones, but the driver, and the fact that he hits is well and long, just amazes me. If I swung like that I would hit balls anywhere but straight. Am I the only one that sees it this way?

Now for the two earrings. Well they don't look good. Enough said.

Anyone watch Dean Reinmuth on the Golf Channel. I think he is really funny in a subtle and kind of cruel way. He always takes these poor students and beats on them and I think they are so nervous to be on video that they don't even get it. He does have a very nice grasp of the basics of the swing and I always learn something from him. His two part show on the six swing keys was very good and gave me a bunch of stuff to practice.

Now whenever Titleist sponsers one of these Golf Channel Academy shows I think the quality of the content goes right downhill. The only good things about the one on wedges and putting were the interviews with Vokey and Cammeron. The rest of the stuff was pretty weak and basic. Too bad as those topics could fill hours of quality time.

John, you are right about taking the money and not playing good. I took 5 of 11 skins Sunday and did not shoot the low round. Actually played quite terrible, but did manage 4-5 pars per nine (played 27). Just had a bunch of doubles and AHHHHHHH two of those snowmen. It was my goal to not make a snowman in June. Only had six days to go.

Later all, and hit em soon.
