Art, Please review your d.d. files. The information you presented doesn't sound quite right. I think we are at least a year away from outfitting and qualification of the Dominion fab. Production might be as far as 12 to 18 months. Also, are you confusing Taiwan Semiconductor with UMC??? Aus

I'm very happy to hear that the Manassas facility will be ready by year's end. That would be an amazing development to me. Manassas is located near the Dullas Airport and along Rt. 66 which has turned into a high-tech hot-bed. AOL, Worldcom, UUNET and others were born there. Like everyone else, I wonder where they will get the talented bodies needed to populate the place. Quite frankly, this whole thing about "not being able to meet capacity" is complicated and I fail to understand it fully. My business operates at peak capacity and I turn away work every week. I can't see how I could operate at a higher profit margin. But I'm selling labor, not products. dave
