Dear BG: I agree COMPLETELY and it is not possible to describe how PISSED OFF I am. If WCOM and FON have agreed to divest themselves of ALL of FON network and wire I can see ABSOLUTELY NO BASIS for these Regulators to deny this deal. If it is so denied I shall spend the rest of my life voting against ANY political party that supports Govt Regulation. Also, next time Russia or Germany raises its head in Europe my response shall be LET THEM EAT CAKE!! JDN

B.G.this is stupidity of Clinton Admin.,EU shouldn't govern the US companies mergers!
The stock price is up,because if the DEAL IS OFF...

1.WCOM is for sale
2.No dilution because of FON

We will see,who will be the winner....the Clinton Admin...
having 80% of the backbone in Euro hands....or Ebbers, who will be having a big WORLD COMM,as he wanted.
