Of course, and they were all set up to take the fall for someone else.

I have very little doubt that a small percentage of prison inmates are actually innocent of their crimes. It's unfortunate and our society should work for ways in which to prevent it from happening. But to suggest we should do nothing, until such time as a wonder drug is available, is not logical or reasonable. There is a cost for doing nothing. And we shouldn't ignore it when determining the proper punishment to those found guilty of a crime.

If you were innocent and in prison, what would you say, "Hey, I'm guilty!" ???

It is a fallacy that all in prison stridently declare their innocence.
