James;

I think the really interersting question to answer regarding INKT losing the YHOO account to Google, is which direction search engines are moving in? YHOO has been receiving a lot of critisism for its poor search engine results, and this move is probably as much in response to the negative PR as anything else.

Having said that, if the INKT search engine technology is very weak, then perhaps the company needs to do something about it before other search engine cleints also jump ship, and the 2% revenue loss becomes a 10% or larger revenue loss.

This type of news is never good, no matter how small the initial revenue impact is.
