Keith. No first hand knowledge of license, but here NOK is a customer similar to the Audiovox arrangement with their supplier. I doubt that licenses have any effect in large customers and resellers. My reading of the press from Feb's Telson licensing announcement is that Telson does have a 3G license.

I simply do not understand why NOK would enter a market (S. Korea) in which even the Q is predicting modest declines in chipset sales.<vbg>

Any one have any ideas? [wink, wink]
