Isn't the phrase "false and misleading" a favorite of the SEC? Certainly that PR was misleading. Perhaps you might think about sending Gretchen a copy of it (g).

I saw the excerpt in ZERO's newswire, and I couldn't believe that Gretchen Morgenson would write praise for something as pathetic as ZERO.

Now that you posted her entire article, I can see that she didn't.

The co. sure did edit the text to make it look good, though.

I wonder how they do all this, with no cash, no expenses, etc. ZERO's financial statements have about as much substance as the Nothing Co.'s filings, except that I'm more likely to believe the latter.
