Re.:"...pressure to license VLNC "MANGANESE" technology..." Lev's mentioned in one of the CC's (one before the last) that VLNC's plan is to license their technology - probably after demonstrating commercial production and product quality. At present, VLNC is busy with OEM testing, trouble-shooting commercial production, delivering products to the cell phone market, ramping up commercial production at Hanil, NDB funds to kick in, new machinery installation and facility expansion, etc. according to Lev's CC's. At the end of this year, investors will get a clear picture of results from VLNC's current efforts. Ram
